My Creative Journey Part 1

My article about my creative journeys beginnings part 1

So, where to start? I've done so much, hence the part 1 and god only knows how many parts I will write about, lol. I will also be uploading images from my art journey through the years here on my blog mostly. Now lets get into it...

Hollywood sets? Hair and makeup, yeah. Plus, like, loads of magazine spreads, summer stock theater hair, creative director for a cosmetic company AND a satellite media gig. And then? Photography, a music video (just one, lol), photoshop master editor (yeah, I said it), digital mixed media artist... which, by the way, led to a boudoir and wedding photography studio biz thing. Oh, and writing, I published a cookbook, and cooking, well that's my soul language, my absolute favorite way to show love, since I was like, eight.

Then, there's the actual art stuff. Pens, pencils, paint, pastels, collage, decoupage, papermaking, bookbinding, clay, pottery, sewing, hat making, jewelry, and tie-dye that's... well, tie-dye. I even faux, marble painted a whole freaking hallway in NYC! Graffitied a bus, legally, and, get this, a painting auctioned at MoMA in Phoenix, and a wine label commission. Like, seriously? You name it, I’ve probably jumped in. My creative curiosity? It’s insane."

It is my innate desire to inspire, connect and share my soul with others. My purpose is to leave something beautiful, thought provoking and just maybe coax a lasting impression from you the viewer…

I invite you to delve into my art of emotional landscapes.
